West Coast Metal Stamping is a state of the art company providing quality metal stamping products and Class "A" tooling.

West Coast Metal Stamping Management and the entire work force is dedicated to building  successful relationships with our customers and employees through continuous improvements in the management of the quality system to better satisfy our customers.

History

Boris Pirih and Jocob Logar started B&J Tool and Die in 1964. They were highly skilled tool and die makers from Yugoslavia. Over the years Boris and Jocob established a thriving and well-respected metal stamping house. As their business grew they purchased land in Anaheim and built their own 20,000 sq. ft. building.

In 1992, when retirement time grew near, Boris and Jocob sold their business to West Coast Metal Stamping in Santa Ana. These two companies were then merged to form one large metal stamping facility.

West Coast Metal Stamping moved into its 58,000 sq. ft current facility in 1997. It was chosen for its high ceiling, many loading doors, 70,000 sq. ft. paved yard and easy access to load and unload trucks inside our fenced yard. Also, the land has enough yard space to expand the current building by 9,000 sq. ft., if we choose to do so in the future.

Inside the building we have over 35 employees coordinating the operation of 38 punch presses to 200 tons, Quality Assurance, Engineering, inventory warehouse, shipping and receiving and all administration offices.

About the Management

Jerome Reinhart, President

Attended Stanford University, graduated with BS in Industrial Engineering. Over the years Jerome has earned the various positions of: Manufacturing Engineer, Production Supervisor, Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, Western Regional Sales Manager and Sales Engineer, President and General Manager.
Dan Totoiu, Vice President

Awarded a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering by California State University Fullerton. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt by American Society for Quality. Senior Member of ASME and ASQ.   Involved in implementation of Quality Management Systems and Advanced Product Quality Planning with companies from various countries since 2001.   Lectured courses in Computer Aided Manufacturing and Advanced Manufacturing Systems.  Published papers and co-authored a book featuring solutions for improvements in manufacturing processes.
