We use AutoCAD or our solid modeler Inventor, to create all dimensions and specifications. This allows the CNC Milling Centers or the Wire EDM Machines to create die component features in exact location.

The concept of the tooling, or strip layout , it is the most important phase of die design process. We review die concept with our customers in order to ensure that all critical characteristics of stamped parts are to be consistently provided by the tool.

Also, during new die fabrication, the alignment of the punch and die sections in the top and bottom die set, is now done automatically. This saves many hours or days of assembly effort, but also creates perfect alignment between punch and die sections. Thus, the tooling creates perfect production parts right from the beginning and continues in production much longer.
